AT&T Dell Aero Available Now

Latest news has just been announced that the “Dell Aero” handset will now be running with a AT&T two-year contract for just $99.99. For AT&T, this will be the second Android handset to run, and for the announcement of Dell, this will be the first of its kind in the U.S. market.

According to Chris Ziegler at Engadget, the new Dell will incorporate new features such as running on Android 1.5 matching the “BackFlip” handset, although it is hoped to get an update of 2.1 in the near future. Other features include a 5 MP camera, the device comes with a built-in 2GB memory but can be expanded by a microSD, triband 3.6 Mbps HSDPA giving the accessibility for it to run in different countries, quad band EDGE and users can benefit from the new Dell Aero’s lightweight feel.

At this present stage, the new features are appealing but we will have to wait for further reports on pricing structure and onboard storage.
