Samsung Galaxy S Tablet: P1000 Tab Coming soon

Along with new technological devices that have recently been launched on the market, it looks like we have a lot more to look forward to! In September at the IFC show in Berlin, Samsung may be launching a 7-inch Android tablet based on its Galaxy S line of phones. At the present time, it is not definite whether this will be launched but its certainly something to look out for.

According to Suzanne Choney at msnbc.com, the new tablet which will take the name of the “P1000 Galaxy Tab” will incorporate fantastic features such as a front facing camera for video calls, 3.1 megapixel camera on the back and reports have said that it will have the ability to support Adobe Flash which is used to watch web videos and animations. It is hoped that the increasing number of people purchasing the new Samsung Galaxy S phone will help towards sales of this new tablet form.

The phone is currently being sold by four carriers in the U.S. including Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless. Presently, it is not clear how much it will cost and whether the Samsung Tablet will go on sale first in Europe or when the U.S. will be able to enjoy it?

For fans of Samsung, there is much to look forward to but will the new P1000 Galaxy Tab manage to fight off competition from Apple with their own iPad.

What do you think about this upcoming new tablet.? Would you be tempted? Give us your comments. To check out more on this log onto msnbc.com
