Motorola Droid to get two Android 2.2 updates

News has been announced that the Motorola Droid will be getting two Android 2.2 updates in the next few weeks. Recently we heard that Verizon were upgrading the device to Google Android 2.2 Froyo, and from these recent updates, indications show that the device’s OS will be run on the Android 2.2, and the second update shows that users will be able to download Adobe® Flash®.

According to verizon wireless, this will enable people on users’ accounts who use the Droid device to enjoy more improvements such as more advanced security options that will include: The use of passwords will appear more complex and will expect users to key in a certain amount of digits that is familiar to them. If users forget their password and enter a different code in after three attempts then an automatic lockout time will occur.

Another security feature to look forward to, is the enhanced browser enabling a faster JavaScript compiler. As well as this users can expect to access hands-free calling via Bluetooth voice dialling.
