IFA 2010 Preview: Samsung Galaxy Tab

For people waiting to hear news on the release of the new Samsung Tablet, a recent announcement has been made by the IFA that we can see it September 3 in Berlin. News of the new Android-based tablet, to be known as the “Galaxy Tab” will please fans of Samsung!

According to Donald Melanson at Engadget, the Galaxy Tab as been compared to the larger version of the Galaxy smartphone. Rumor has it that the new tablet will incorporate an AMOLED display, Android 2.2, a 1.2 Ghz Cortex A8 processor, 16GB memory, WiFi and 3G connectivity. At this stage, until the device can be previewed, we cannot be sure of what it will include.

The Galaxy Tab will make it debut at the 50th edition of the IFA, the trade show that emphasizes on global information and business platforms. It attracts people from all around the world. This event is the ideal opportunity for manufacturers to show off their latest electronics and home appliances.
