New Amazon Kindle 2010: Microphone for future use

For those of you who are unaware of the new Amazon Kindle 2010, it is a software and hardware platform developed by Amazon.com. It enables accessibility for the e-book, digital media and gives features such as second English dictionary. Collectively Kindle has been available on software applications such as Microsoft Windows, iOS, BlackBerry, Mac OS X and Android.

According to Gadget Lab, the new Kindle now incorporates a hardware addition on the underside of the device, a “microphone”. It is not yet clear when the microphone will be enabled according to the new Kindle User’s Guide, but it is definitely something to watch out for in the future. People familiar with the Kindle are not positive whether the new product will be for voice navigation?

Good news for users! The new Kindle’s PDF reading has now been improved allowing the viewer to let the user highlight, copy and paste text and adjust the contrast for better readability. Another use to the new Kindle could be a feature that allows the user to chat over the free 3G application such as Skype.
