Twitter Battle Lines: Lindsay Lohan vs. Joan Rivers

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan appears to have got herself tangled up in a war of words, with comedian and TV personality Joan Rivers recently. The “Mean Girls” star has been showing Joan, that she is not the only one who can dish out the barbs on Twitter.

As reported by accesshollywood.com, Lindsay took to Twitter on Monday and posted: “Joan Rivers and her ‘stargument’ make me believe that she and Michael Lohan are a match made in heaven. All he needs is her botox doctor. Dr. Drew – any ideas? Botox rehab reality show?”

The 24-year old star – who is due to surrender herself to the court on July 20th to begin her 90-day jail sentence – was apparently responding to an earlier Tweet from Joan, where she said: “Lindsay Lohan is so dumb. Her idea of being sworn in is cursing at the judge.”

Even Dr. Drew Pinsky got drawn into the Twitter war of words between the two stars. He responded to Lohan’s tweet with: Thanks @lindsaylohan sounds like a terrific plan! Actually happy to see you have retained your sense of humor despite your circumstances.”
