HTC EVO 4G: Unboxing and New Packaging Details

With the launch of the HTC Evo 4G on Sprint only weeks away, due on June 4, we’re always looking for new information about it that may interest you. This time it’s the news that the packaging has been revealed and is the centre of attention as these unboxing pictures may show you.

An article over on product-reviews.net, sourced from Android Community, may bewilder some of you, as rather than the slick packaging we might have expected for a phone of such note, instead it looks as though it’s been delivered from the local takeaway.

I suppose at least it’s different and likely to make people sit up and take notice, but then I thought the phone itself would have been enough to do that. If you’re wondering why there’s a QIK logo on the exterior of the packaging that’s because they are a Sprint partner.

For more on this go to product-reviews.net. We’d be interested to hear what you think of the packaging for the Evo 4G? Do you think it’s distinctly underwhelming, or maybe you feel it at least looks eco-friendly? Why not let us know.

Is this article for real? Who cares about a box? Its sounds like a bad commercial! My $4000 LED TELEVISION came in a cardboard box and was in the garbage the next week. Can you talk about the product instead of the fancy wrapping it came in? Please.
