
Brands employ social media to work alongside email campaigns
As you probably are aware the growth of social networking is ever-increasing, so much so that businesses and brands are utilizing popular services such as Facebook as a way of improving their online marketing strategies.
We have already looked at how Twitter and Facebook can impact purchasing decisions, a recent study by Econsultancy and Adestra has signified just how seriously businesses are now regarding social networking.
Apparently the recent study showed that 37% of firms are using email to encourage the use of social networking sites, also 31% of firms are planning to do the same in the future.
